1. Independence & Non-Affiliation with Government
Sarkari.pk is an independent civic information tool. It is not an official website of the Government of Pakistan, NADRA, FBR, DGIP, Punjab Police, Sindh Police, or any provincial department. We do not process government applications, issue passports, print smart identity cards, collect token taxes, or grant domicile certificates.
2. Informational Purpose & Fee Accuracy
All guides, fee schedules, testing center listings, and timelines provided on Sarkari.pk are compiled for informational convenience. While we strive to maintain synchronization with published gazettes and official circulars:
- Government departments may update fee structures, challan codes, or document lists without notice.
- Always verify final fees and schedules directly on the verified official domain (e.g.
id.nadra.gov.pk,fbr.gov.pk,dgip.gov.pk).
3. Prohibited Usage
You agree not to use Sarkari.pk to:
- Input unauthorized or stolen personal identification numbers (CNIC, passport, credit cards).
- Impersonate any government official or public authority.
- Transmit automated scraping attacks, DDoS, or malicious payloads.
- Misrepresent answers generated by the AI as official gazetted court rulings or legal advice.
4. Limitation of Liability
Sarkari.pk and its developers shall not be liable for any damages, penalties, missed deadlines, or financial losses resulting from changes in government regulations, service downtime, or misinterpretation of automated guidance.
